Rainbow Chicks
The comment we hear the most often, and it's not even close, it's "Ohh, we want our nesting boxes to look like yours!"
Well there's one excellent way to do that, Rainbow Chicks!
Rainbow Chicks from our homestead is an assortment of chicks hatched from the eggs from our various coops. What exactly you get is "random", and is based on what's available to set and what hatches but each chick will be banded so you know what to expect from it.
We never run our flocks together, ever. There is no mixing. The same roosters are always with the same hens.
A rainbow mixed dozen can include Copper Marans, Silverudd's Blues, Matte or Speckled OEs, Marans mixes (Chocolates, often heavily speckled, Heavy Blooms, and even the possibility of Fibro EEs (which are absolutely stunning).
I cannot recommend Rainbows enough to potential clients, especially those who are looking for an Easter Morning nesting box, every day.
Chicks are sold straight run, unsexed.
Shipping
Chicks are packaged in USPS approved shipping boxes, and sent USPS Express one to two day mail. The shiping is a flat rate for 6-25 chicks. We have a 6 chick minimum during the Spring and Summer to make sure the group stays warm enough during transit (10 chick minimum from October 1 to April 15th).
